Would have rated 0 but that option is not. Available. Product delivered on time and looked ok. It started malfunctioning after 2-3 Days. - Hanging - Volume button not working - restarting again and again etc so that it's impossible to use it. When raised cancellation request (within 7 days) using Amazon app they didn't cancel it directly rather arranged technician visit. Technician also verified above defects and assured that he has sent the defect report to Amazon and asked for refund/cancellation and asked me to wait for Amazon return call for same. I didn't receive call from Amazon and when I called them (next day after Sunday) they started giving excuses like refund/replacement period of 7 days has ended hence they cannot do anything. They wasted 2 days by arranging technician who didn't give proper updates to them and due to this I have to suffer. This is really waste of time and money. Now I have to run around Samsung service centre for newly bought phone just coz of Amazons poor handling of services. They didn't consider the fact that I had raised the request within timeline but they wasted time by arranging technician who asked me to wait. Please beware of such fooling, if product is not ok then don't trust Amazon app, call them again and again otherwise they will waste time and then deny replace/refund. Worst customer care experience too, they just passing the ball here and there by saying it was not our department or some technical department also blaming customer for their lack of coordination among their teams.
