This knife set is one of the best. They are very sharp. Easy to use and highest quality.

The serrated knife blade arrived like a blade cut from a mold pattern with no sharpness whatsoever. Super dull. The circular cut outs on the metal making it serrated should be sharp. I really wanted an offset serrated too so I was very disappointed. Plus I am a BIG fan of this chef. Love Guy!

Be careful though, they are extremely sharp. He cut a piece of his finger and nail off.
