It's a table sauce at Chipotle and whatever. This Scorpion Sauce is real. It won't kill you like Apollo or Reaper Squeezin's or a super-hot extract sauce, but you can't casually palm-squirt 30 bursts of this on to your burrito like the normal stuff, either. I give this five stars mostly for availability. For people who might want to dip their toes into the waters of super-hots, this is an acceptable and affordable jumping-off point, at least in my opinion. If super-hots are a swimming pool, I think this is a good diving-board. Flavor-wise, this is tabasco-ish. Smoke and vinegar, which is wonderful. But when you start getting into super-hots, there are so many pepper-mash flavors that you kinda start learning that smoke and vinegar are almost "gimmick flavors" that are perfect for some things, but not necessarily everything.
