Small!!
I have a little head and I struggled to get this on. After much huffing and puffing I did manage to get it on. It wasn't easy to get my wig on after as the mesh kept pinging off. However, while I was walking the dog, I felt the mesh slip off ( more like ping off) under my wig. Not good. Fortunately my wig stayed on and I wasn't too far from home. I definitely won't be using these again as the fit is way too tight, not easy to use and not great value for money as they now have gone in the bin. BTW I have cropped hair, so wasn't as if there was too much bio hair for it to hold. It's a no from me!

Tight
I have a very small head(helmet size xs) But these are to tight. They leave a deep mark in my head and it's very uncomfortable. In the bin they go.
