This is a super good organizer for a toiletries and medications roll kit for backpacking. It fits a minimalist hygiene and med kit and rolls up nice and tight for easy storage. If you want to pretend you're a field doctor with too many medical items and be able to get ready for a date with your hygiene items, this isn't the kit. This will hold a toothbrush, a pill bottle, some band-aids, toilet paper, and a bottle of iodine really nicely.

In the process of retiring from the Army after 24 years, going through all my TA-50 to prepare for turn in, notice that this piece, IFAK insert, was not among my stuff. For $10.00, saved me some heartburn when heading to CIF.
