I’ve been using Swanson’s L. reuteri purchased on Amazon to make yogurt, and it works very well. The culture is reliable, and the yogurt comes out consistently good. Beyond that, I’ve noticed I feel more content and have a better sense of well-being since I started using this brand. I can’t say for sure if it’s the L. reuteri doing its job, but that’s how it feels to me. Easy to use, effective, and a brand I trust — I’ll keep buying this.

Not sure how many years I've had this as a staple, but my lady and I have had since the early days of sunscribe and save if not sooner. Great company and the value and variety of strains make it a perfect affordable probiotic to stack with whatever else, but at the very least I take this as a given. Originally I just thought it was a clutch option for variety could pass up at the cost and I quickly and consistently couldn't really find a reason not to have and use it regardless of other flora/gut/probio types of supplements. I believe I initially got tired of getting whatever deals were available weighed against effectiveness leading me to constantly switch and end up running out or spend silly time trying smart shop for best available options leaving inconsistent and unpredictable back and forth and uneccessary variables. At the time I had a high need for strength and variety but wasn't impressed with the options of high CFU count with a large variety of strains and when I found this, it was so affordable with a great variety that I realized even accounting for 2 people, the value was good enough that if needed one or both of us could double the dose as long as I kept it plenty stocked as needed and combine it with higher potency CFU options with less overall strains at a much better price and save the headache of looking for the perfect comprehensive formula that checked all the boxes but would be reasonable for two people to take affordably at least until I did maybe find it but worry about all that later. Well, that turned into this item with another one for a while, and my others have changed from time to time depending on need or just because of good deals I ran across, but this formula remains regardless. The prebiotic strains included check another important box, which is really what makes whatever other option easier to interchange because there's such good value with high potency few strain options if prebiotic aren't a must, and if they are included, all the better. Worth noting I take prebiotic powder with shakes as its incomparably cheaper and easy to get high amounts in shakes Id already be drinking.

This probiotic works wonderfully for gut balance and overall digestion. Easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and noticeable results after a few days. A reliable supplement I’ll definitely repurchase!

Seem to be a pretty good probiotic...show to ur own doc and see what he says...

This is the only probiotic I've ever taken that actually made a difference in bathroom affairs. Highly recommend. I've also used this to make yogurt using the contents of 1 capsule per pint of milk. It sets up beautifully, no prebiotic fiber needed.

Good for your gut health!

I use a probiotic daily, strongly believe in the importance of gut health and this is one of the best probiotics I have tried. The blend of bacterium is excellent and only requires one pill. The capsules are easy to swallow and the quality it great. The delivery was quick and the price is great for this blend of probiotics.

Out of all of the probiotics I've tried, these are my favorite. They work the best for me.

I have used many probiotics and this is a good one. Even though it's only 3.2 billion it certainly does help with tummy issues, most likely due to the 16 strains. Combine it with a saccharomyces boulardii probiotic and this will assist the 16 strains to adhere to your gut lining and fight off the bad bugs.
