Works great. At first it will vibrate but thats normal after few washes its stability improves. Also remove the protective screw before use at the back and also there is a foam down remove it for better performance.

Complaint: the dryer shakes excessively and needs to held down by 3 people just to prevent it from moving out od place. It came with rubber supports meant to go under its feet, but they dont help ar all. There might be something wrong or damaged with the washing machine. We need you to check it and find a solution as soon as possibe.

I set it up. It is super important to remove transport bolts from the back of the machine. and also highly important to use the screws under the machine to level to the surface tightly. then all will be fine. and one more thing, after first wash some leveling screws was lose then I had to tighten again. Now all is okey. no extra sound.

I’m happy with the washing machine itself—it works well and has the usual level of noise you’d expect. However, the installation process was frustrating. Amazon doesn’t provide any information about scheduling before purchase. Once you buy it, they email you an appointment, and in my case, it was a week later. I ended up paying extra to get it installed the same day. That part was disappointing, but overall, the product is good.

Ok now what should I do? It’s the first wash and I am so sad that it’s such a terrible purchase. It damaged skirting tiles in my new apartment, who’s gonna be responsible for this?? It is jumping like crazy. I had to pause the wash 2 times because I was literally afraid it’s gonna ruin my kitchen! It’s only 45 minutes wash. it’s sticking out 20 cm already. This is how much it shakes and jumps. I have to return this product and I’m so so disappointed:(

I am writing this after using 6th month of experience. Since i purchased This machine has some kind of noise like some part are knocking each other that time i ignored but now days it makes lot off sudden noise like going to breakdown into pieces inside. Don't buy online better go to some shop or electronics center where you can check and then buy. Never recommend.
