If I could give this product zero stars, I would. The wifi connection is awful- it would turn off my regular wifi in the house and only allow me to go on theirs when I wanted to watch the video (my daughters room). Then if I was lucky- it would take 20 minutes to load and I would be able to see my child. I tried to get a refund but they ignored my request and I was not able to return this junk. My wifi in my house is perfect so I know it was not a service problem. I would recommend anyone looking to buy this to find a seller who stands behind their product.

I've been through several different camera's from amazon and as far as ease of use and setup, this is by far the best camera I've come across.P2PLivecam app is easy to install and the best part is being able to turn the camera in practically every direction. It is real HD and I can zoom in really close and still get a crystal clear image. Nightvision is a plus and also alerts make it so that a notification will pop up once the camera detects movement.Cons are:Requires a microSD to recordWhite noise is capable of being heard and is static. Sometimes I freak out and think I've been hacked because of the sounds.When using multiple cameras, you cannot view all cameras simultaneously and must constantly log out of one camera and into another.Despite the cons,I dont give a lot of electronics 5 star reviews, but this deserves it.

The quality of the video is ok and you can control it easy from your phone but it is not easy to set it up and it doesn’t connect to the wireless sometimes.

Love the lifetime warranty! Crystal clear picture day or night. So far, no drop outs. I love the pre-position memory settings...meaning I can set position 1 as my daughters bed, and position 2 as her dresser and position 3 as her rocking chair and I dont have to use the scroll buttons, I can just touch the 1, 2,or 3 and the camera zips right to them. The mount is easy and useful to get an image directly below the camera. Why not 5 stars??? I feel like it might can be hacked easily, but not sure. I dont like that it doesnt have a direct connect monitor. I dont like that the power chord is only 3 feet long, I have to run an extension chord up the wall to mount this on top of the bookshelf...I dig it, but may return it for something that has this capability AND a monitor. The reason this is important, is that if you have a baby sitter, they have to download the app to their phone and they get your passwords and can see your camera from then on, even when they arent working for you....they will have access. I still really like this though.... Anzermo, add a monitor to this, and I will come back!

So far I can’t get it to connect to the wireless. The instructions look like they were written by someone where English is their second language and I cannot find a contact number to get support. I found a video that a reviewer posted about setting it up but he skips the first part where you locate the router and type in the number on the camera. I reset the device like it said to do if it does not show up in your WiFi list but still...nothing. I will update my review if I can get it to work.

This camera is awesome! This is the third camera I purchased, I returned the other two because I was unable to set them up. The only difference with this one is that the instructions actually walked me through the issue that I was having getting it to work with my router. Once I was able to get it set up, it has worked with no issues. I use it daily to check on my pups while I am away. I highly recommend this!

Was very hard to get connected to WiFi to work. I ended up returning it as it was only connecting to its own WiFi vs mine. I couldn’t find any youtube videos or anything online to help me hook it up. I returned the camera and got a way better one which took me maybe 10 mins or less to hook up the first one, and less than 5 mins to hook up my second one I bought.

Works well - a little trying to install but a-okay! Using it to check on my pups when I am away.
