Love this! Will buy again. Used it in many recipes and it provides a great flavor and color for dishes. Heat is very mild. Smelled fresh and peppery like it should upon opening. Seal in tact upon opening. Great value for the price.

I received my delivery today and used it for tonight's meal. It has a very faint smokey flavor and that's it. I was expecting a little heat... nothing. Disappointed! I would not purchase this again.

Not as spicy as some spices but it is finely ground and not flaky like you would sprinkle on pizza. I will probably make it into a paste with other ingredients to use for kimchee.

I use this spice in so much, not just Korean cuisine. I like the heat level and slight sweetness. So delicious. And you get a good amount for the price.
