Got the like new. Still registered as new filling out warranty on Kenwood’s site. Had a blemish on the top right corner. Was able to touch it up so you can’t see it. Works great and for $200 off it’s totally worth it.

Excellent radio. Wireless andriod auto is great. Just remember it doesn't have a volume knob. It's not the end of the world but takes getting used to.

The install is the biggest issue, especially if you are pairing with brains to maintain steering wheel controls. Installed in 2017 Toyota RAV4 Limited with larger screen. There is no wire harness to use factory installed mic so have to use after market one.

Android auto is constantly losseing connection, and it's only Android auto that is the issue. Other wise it works. But main reason it was a decent price for what I wanted.

High quality head unit with true 5v preamp outputs

Lots of great features, but bluetooth connection drops at random times. It has a USB-C connection, but can't recharge the phone. Screen looks like a low quality, nowhere near what's on the website.

Clunky UI and TERRIBLE SCREEN. Doesn’t get anywhere close to bright enough and the viewing angles and glare are atrocious. Adjusting the viewing angle setting just washes the screen out. Really disappointed in this unit.

It sounds phenomenal! It's on par with the pioneer head unit or better than what I had previously for the last 7yrs. The pioneer receiver I had was not an HD radio. Always been a pioneer guy first time with a Kenwood. Only have owned/used it for about a few hours now so far. Installation took about thirty minutes on my Nissan Titan. Didn't have time to program fm stations yet so streamed YouTube music and it sounded great. Visual album covers transferred over to the screen nicely. The android auto maps is crazy. The turn navigation and destination being on the screen at the same time leaves little room for the actual map. I found this frustrating as my phone doesn't show this and has plenty of screen room which is not like on the receiver. I found it distracting while trying to drive. I also found the map to be white washed. Not vibrant in color which was disappointing. Snappy response on the touch screen. The HD radio information on the station/singer "who's playing" doesn't always show up. Will need more time with it. But feeling a bit underwhelmed. Will update review as time goes on but have slightly buyers remorse. Wish I would have had an opportunity to test it in a store with my phone.
