Worked for my night sweats
I was skeptical about buying these. How can a tasty gummy actually help with my night sweats. I decided to give them a try and it worked. I thought maybe it was a placebo effect at first, so I stopped taking them for a week while on vacation and my night sweats returned. Started taking them again and no night sweats. This is my second purchase and have recommended it to my girlfriends.

Purchased for hormone support
I ran across these in search of a hormone balancing gummy (I hate pills). I’m far from menopausal age, but have a range of hormonal issues (PCOS, Endemetriosis) These ingredients are also for hormone balancing. I just received them today, smell is strong, but the taste is okay. I will update after 30 days of use.

Nope, not for me. Took the supplement to address some perimenopause issues and it definitely made me feel extremely sleepy and fatigued with just 1 gummy. Felt like I had taken a high dosage of melatonin. Decided to take half a gummy and still had similar results. Also caused some digestive issues. Didn’t take long enough to state if the gummy would alleviate other symptoms but experiencing that level of fatigue was not an acceptable side effect.
