My boyfriend is the pickiest when it comes to a good fillet knive, he loves this one! For the price it is awsome!

Although I bought this with something in mind and now I’m gonna have to return it ..I’ve gotta tell you this is a razor sharp knife and it’s a beautiful knife as well.. It’s just I have so many of knives.. to get it and keep it when it’s not necessary right now would be a mistake… But if you’re looking for a good one, this is the one.

This knife was sharp upon receipt. I've used it to carve out the breast on the Costco rotisserie chicken, and the flex on the blade was what I was looking for.The finish on the handle... is not quite what I'd like but the value is worth it though.

I purchased this as. A gift for my dad for Christmas and he can not get enough of it. He has been filleting everything!The knife came in a nice sturdy box with a protective cover on the blade.The blade edge has retained beautifully over the last couple of months. It continues to works perfectly with a super sharp blade.The knife looks and feels of great quality. Excellent value.

Wanted a different knife for fileting fish, seems well built, blade was nice and sharp with plenty of flexibility for what i intend to use it for. I'd buy this product again
