You don’t often see, hostess serving sets, like this, outside of formal silverware. I’m a little old-school and like to plate my food for family meals. This set has everything needed for such purposes, e.g.,a 13-inch wedding cake knife, large cake server, large lasagna server, 2 serving forks, 2 serving spoons, 2 slotted serving spoons, 1 sugar spoon and 1 butter spreader.The set is made of stainless steel, the hammer finish will minimize scratching. The combination is built to last the pieces are all very well, balanced, and well-designed too!

We read a lot of reviews about these, some good some bad. I really don’t have a clue what the bad reviews were about. These have a beautiful finish and the weight for the size of the utensils is perfect. I guess you just can’t please everyone

The first time I recieved this they send me the two piece not the right one but put in a replacement for missing pieces and the sent it right away and emailed me a return slip for the wrong one! It was painless and fast!

This serving set has a great variety of common serving tools. They are very attractive, heavy and a great quality. I love the hammered look on the handles. They are dishwasher safe but in my experience it's better to handwash stainless steel to prolong it's life and avoid water spots. For the price and quality of this set, I was very surprised to open the box and see a rubberband holding the smaller pieces together. Overall a very nice serving set but not a great presentation especially for gifting.
