Did not get a Platinum ring! Updated

This is the 3rd ring I ordered from the same seller. The first 2 rings were too small but were great. So this was supposed to be the correct size but the ring I received was not platinum and it looked used. It was stamped 10k. I opened a case with Amazon and I hope this gets sorted out. Returned the ring for exchange and got the correct one this time. Glad everything worked out.
