Great product
I ordered this unit after watching a video recommending this to help with osteoporosis. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. I use it regularly and I love it. I have not had another dexa scan yet, but the deep bone pain has gone away since starting this. I do have lupus as well and the joint pain that comes along with that so that has improved greatly. In theory, it's great for many things including improved flexibility and strength, joint pain, inflammation, lymph system issues, sciatica, osteoporosis, blood flow (brain and body), brain fog, increased energy, and weight loss. I do 15 to 20 minutes on this machine and a 30 minute outdoor walk most days and I feel much more energized and just a much better sense of well being. Start slow and work up. It's a great product. Be aware, these machines are not recommended for those with pacemakers.

Sturdy, works great!
The machine was easy to set up, and I love the way it makes me feel while using it, and when I'm done.

Good People to Work With
The machine was wonderful, however had I truly researched the cautions and mentioned my plan to my doctor, beforehand, I would have realized that having a knee replacement and a metal plate with 11 screws in my ankle - rendered it an unwise purchase for me. The folks at this Amazon seller worked with me to achieve a Return and I am grateful for their assistance.

No warranty? Good for bone density - hopefully.
First thing to know is that the package it comes in is HEAVY. About 75 pounds, and awkward. You really need two people to move it, or a dolly. Not having either, I opened it on the front porch and carried in all the parts separately. The base is the heavy part, but it has enough places you can hold onto that it's not bad.Second, you should keep all the packaging. The only warranty I could find was Amazon's 30-day return, and you'd need to repackage it to do that, if you decide it's not your thing. I did manage to find a place in the garage for the box...The only included documentation was the "user manual", which tells you how to assemble it, and two pages of all the ways you can stand or sit on it. No warranty, no registration card.It goes together fairly easily - tools are included. Two sizes of hex wrenches and a phillips T-handled screwdriver - one of the sizes of hex wrench is the handle. When assembling the side rails/handles, don't tighten anything until you get all the parts together, then tighten everything. It took me about an hour, once I had all the parts unpacked. One design flaw is that the main switch is in the back of the unit, where you'd place it against a wall. The instructions tell you to turn off the main switch when you're not using it - awkward, but do-able.Surprisingly, it's very smooth - ours is on the second floor, and there's very little vibration into the floor. Nice! Also, it seems well designed, and the manufacturing "fit and finish" are good. The control panel vibrates at the higher speeds, but that's expected. They suggest using it 10 minutes three times a week, and no more than 20 minutes at a session. It comes with elastic handles that clip into eye-bolts on the base so you can do curls while you're vibrating - we decided to leave those aside for the time being. It has a heart rate monitor - so far my rise in heart rate is a good deal less than I get from a brisk walk.It comes with three built-in programs, each for 10 minutes, and a manual mode, also for 10 minutes. Oddly, the manual mode is labeled "HL". It must mean something in Chinese? Anyone know?We got this because my wife has osteoporosis, and I have osteopenia - and we've seen some evidence that a vibrating plate can help with that. We don't know yet - we've only had it a week or two, and you get DEXA scans every few years.Overall, pleased, so far!

Loved it!
I was concerned when I saw complaints about the highest speed. Boy, glad I ignored those. I haven't worked out in years. With extra weight, knee issues and hip issues, the lowest speed has been the BEST! I don't feel any pain. It was great. I use my own dumbbells instead of the bands. That's just personal preference. As a hobbyist photographer, I do get good arm workouts. LOL So, I'm excited to keep it up. The customer service is BEYOND the best! I can't speak of them enough. I purposely waiting until I started to use the machine before leaving a review. But left myself a note to do so because they were extremely helpful.
