This bookcase looks great and is as sturdy as any furniture I have ever put together. It took less than an hour to assemble and could have gone even more quickly but I always lay all the pieces out and read things multiple times to avoid having to go back and redo anything. This was simple though and everything lined up well. I know I read it was sturdy in other reviews but for less than $50, I was still surprised by the excellent quality. I'm going to look and see if this manufacturer makes a superman bookcase too now that I think of it. The bookcase has a small profile but can fit a lot of books on it. I know everyone else bought it for their kids. I'm using it in our comic book room to store graphic novels. My kids love it too but I was really getting it anyway so I'm not going to pretend it was for them. The pictures will give you a sense of how much you can really fit on this. You can also see it next to the tv cabinet and tv to get a sense of the depth of this. I should say too the paint seems like it will really last. It's not some cheapo decal or paint. One of the best cost/quality values I have purchased in a long time.

Using this as a bookshelf to go with my son's superhero theme in his room. We LOVE it! It holds a lot is sturdy and so nice looking. He even has stuff on top of it also. It does come with something to hook it to the wall for safety but it was sturdy enough without doing that and my son is 5 so he doesn't hang on it. Pretty easy to assemble but two of the legs I couldn't put on at all I couldn't get the drill to even fit up there at the angle to get them on it was so strange! So it's sitting in his room with no legs and I honestly think I like that better because he can reach better

Amazing! Been looking for a shelf specifically for all my Batman comics and pops. Easily assembled and the slide-in back board is a game changer.

This shelf was a nice addition to my Batman collection. The assembly was straightforward, but I tightened each bolt as they were installed and that made it too hard to insert the back panels. Lesson learned was to secure each item in order but do not tighten things until all the back panels are inserted. My use is DVDs and graphic novels so it is plenty sturdy for that.

I honestly didn’t even realized I ordered this lol. I use it for my toddlers clothes though.
