Review: These cameras are real high quality. - We set these up on a large construction project to monitor any suspicious homeless people rummaging through materials. It has picked up a lot of detail for us and helped mitigate theft issues.
Review: Works as expected - Works as expected with Lorex NVR system. I got it to overlook a large field, so I purchased a separate nightvision IR led. The combo works great. No issues as of yet with anything, but I will keep this updated if it fails.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the lnb8005 and the lnb8111b?**
A: I realize the question is over a year old, but for the benefit of those who might be doing some research, this is what I believe the answer is.
The 8005 and 8111 have very similar specs and appearance. The MAIN difference I could find without spending a vast amount of time reviewing each, is that the 8005 is NOT OnVif compatible, but the 8111 IS OnVif compatible. The 8111 costs about 10bucks more.

**Q: Is this camera OnVif compatible?**
A: From the Spec sheet for the LNB8005 camera on Lorex's website -- " Compatible with the Lorex HD LNR600/LNR610 Series NVRs only. For the most up-to-date list of compatible recorders, visit wwwdotlorextechnology.com/compatibility" (It does not mention the LNB8005)
The spec sheet didn't mention OnVif at all, unless I missed it. Therefore I'd say NO it is not OnVif compatible.
This Lorex is compatible with OnVif (they say). It's about 10bucks more.

**Q: Will this camera work on this nvr lorex lnr61082t 4k nvr**
A: Yes, the LNR61082T is the perfect match for this camera

**Q: Will this work on a LNR608?**
A: yes - this works with all Lorex 600 series NVRs
