Unfortunately, I didn't read the content that said it did not include batteries, so I had to go to the store for those.We have had it for a few weeks now, with a large family it is used 10-20 times a day. We have used it to froth milk, mix our health powders into our drinks, it is even strong enough to turn grass fed cream into butter!!!All in all, this product was worth my last $5 after paying bills. It has made morning routines easy and mess free and saved about 30 minuets a day on shaking cream to turn it into butter each day.I have recommended this product to many homesteaders and coffee shop owners. The ROI is amazing and totally worth it.

If I could leave no stars I would. It was awful. I put new batteries in it and got it to work once. The second use I had to put another set of BRAND NEW batteries. I was about to use it and it just fell apart in 3 pcs. I didn’t get to use it and threw it away.

You need to be careful with this because it will overflow your cup. I suggest that you pulse it. Like the stand and the price. Does the job.
