This book gave me some Heartland vibes and made me miss Nora Roberts & Linda Howard's cowboy/ranch or rodeo setting romances. It was such an enjoyable, fun and engrossing read - I liked the writing and the characters (Rhett Eaton and Summer Hamilton are SO wonderful together), their banter, the pranks the Eaton boys pulled, the way Rhett stood up for Summer and the way Summer understood and supported Rhett - it was beautiful! I did feel like the book could have been a little bit shorter or I would have liked it more if the intensity had been turned up a notch with the reveals and how they were handled but all in all, it was a pretty sweet romance, with a good balance of humor and heavy stuff.
