Good to start
You will get same product as you see in photo. It helps but not perfect solution. It improves the air circulation at bottom but with the weight it won't help a much. But it is better to have this intend of nothing. Good option for low budget.

Item is not matching with description... it shows extra large with 18.9" dimensions... it's not even close to it.. max it is 15.5" x13"...

Delivered piece is small in size compared to what was mentioned in product description while buying. Want to change with a correct size

I looked around online and this one was large and 1/2" thicker than most others. Also had really good reviews. It looked better than many others I viewed and it is a big hit with my husband. Gave him immediate hip pain relief, and it lasts. It is very comfortable (I've sat on it, too). We like it so much we've ordered 2 more! One for his dining room chair (where he sits a lot), one for his office chair, and one for his recliner. We haven't tried it on the recliner yet,

It slips a lot on my office chair. If you have tailbone pain, this will not help.
