I recently purchased this 50kg electronic luggage scale and have been extremely impressed with its performance. Bought this item to weigh my luggage but when i tried it,its useless, it turns on but when i started to weigh my luggae it goes off.. i tried to change the battery with a new one but it goes the same.. it wont even turn on unless u will take of the led of the battery side.. not worthy for its price.. unfortunately i will not able to return it since i riped the boxed already..

I travel a lot and knowing the weight of your luggages is important and very much stress free. That product makes me relax as I know what I carry and I can pass the gates easily at the airport.

I cannot open the battery section. No screwdriver fits. Had it so long, decided to use it and realise it cannot be opened. Tried so many ways, still cannot open.Can someone please tell me how to get it to start working?

Didn’t trust it so I tested it with dumbbells. It turned out to be super precise. Saved me from additional payment at the airport. I had another one before which i hated due to its shape. Wasn’t suitable for heavy luggages. This one is super comfortable to lift anything with. Happy with this purchase.

I am not able to use it because of the the tiny screw which makes me unable to fix the battery, making the device unusable. Tried multiple screwdrivers but none fit.
