A good and interesting book which explains the process very well. However it is written for a US readership and therefore the recipes are sometimes a bit unhelpful.

The item wasn't helpful. I returned it. Never got my money back.

Actual book looks good but had to return as all recipes only in Aamerican measurements eg a stick, a cup etc disappointing
