Really great shampoo for fine, flat hair. It doesn't work miracles, you won't magically have full, thick hair... but it keeps my hair grease-free for 2 days (which is good for my hair type), smells great, and keeps my hair feeling soft and knot-free. The price is the best I've found online or in-store for this product and size. Same goes for the OUAI Fine Conditioner on Amazon.

I have very fine hair that needs to be washed every day or it gets too greasy. I started using the OUAI fine hair shampoo and conditioner a couple of months ago, and it's easier to go an extra day without needing to wash it now. It thoroughly cleans my hair and does not cause any buildup. I don't know if my hair has more volume, but it definitely looks and feels cleaner and healthier. The only bad thing is the bottle itself. The shampoo is quite thick, and the bottle is hard plastic. The opening where the shampoo comes out is on the side, rather than the middle, so it can be difficult to get it out. It's hard to squeeze to get it out to the point that the bottle gets dented from trying to squeeze it, especially as it gets closer to being empty. I'll continue using the shampoo with refills but will have to get another bottle to make it easier and more sustainable.

Wow. Wow. Wow! I have a lot of very thick, coarse hair and more often than not, my previous shampoos tend to mat the hair in the wash process and then detangle in the conditioner stage. This product - OUAI washes hair making it immediately soft. Paired with the conditioner and BOOM! You have amazing looking, feeling and smelling hair. The fragrance is divine. Another thing to note is that since using this product, my hair seems to not need to be washed as often and I can push back wash days by at least another day - which is helpful as this is a very expensive but amazing product.

It's magic on highlights. This duo shampoo and conditioner is out of this world - it has given my hair the curls I used to have, the volume is miraculous and the shine - but most of all it enhances the highlights in my hair. A bit pricey but generous in size. MAGIC

It arrived fast and it worked fine, however, I don't like the smell. It smells like a bar of soap.

This is a fantastic shampoo for me with fine hair. It has made such a difference to my hair giving it more volume. I love that it’s paraben and sulphate free. It also lasts a long time as I don’t need to use much and smells divine! I highly recommend it.

This shampoo has made such a difference in my hair. I can actually comb thru it after I wash it and when dry looks so shiny and healthy. This travel size is perfect to take with me on my trips. Hotels usually provide shampoo and conditioner but not knowing what’s in them I hesitate to use it. I highly recommend this shampoo. Oh, and you don’t have to use much to clean your hair. Love it!

I love these bags for our dispensers it's so much easier to refill and I'm getting more product out. I also really like the product. I can tell my hair feels and looks healthier and fuller after using this product. My husband even loves to use it on his hair. Luckily we have the same hair type.

Love the scent of this shampoo - waited all year for the black friday deal so I could kinda justify the high price. Still didn't go over well with my husband for a bag of shampoo
