Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother is very powerful and effective in many ways. I find the taste to be quite strong so l use it in hair treatments or to gargle with when tooth issues arise. I used it in a kimchee recipe but it completely overpowered the whole effort. I will always have AVC so it’s a yes for me.

Me encantó este vinagre de sidra de manzana; lo compré porque me lo recomendó una amiga de USA y estoy encantada con él, estaba buscando desde hace tiempo un vinagre de sidra, crudo, sin pasteurizar, con la madre y orgánico; su sabor y olor es delicioso, me lo tomo en ayunas por la multiples beneficios que tiene y también en ensaladas. En cuanto se me acabe lo volveré a comprar sin lugar a dudas, vale la pena pagar un poco más por la calidad que tiene.

Avevo sentito parlare molto di questo aceto di sidro di mele, e ho deciso di provarlo durante la mia dieta per tutti gli effetti benefici che può dare al corpo. Ritengo che sia tutto veritiero, personalmente ho riscontrato molti aspetti positivi e penso che abbia anche un ottimo sapore (e io non amo molto l'aceto in generale). Mi ha aiutata a integrare sali minerali, vitamine, ha migliorato l'aspetto della pelle e dei capelli e aiuta a controllare gli attacchi di fame. Lo si può aggiungere a frullati, insalate, bevande ecc...Consigliatissimo.

Good value for money. More than happy with the apple cider vinegar. I take this with cranberry juice and water every morning. I have found it beneficial with my blood sugar control.
