I love this coffee and this company

Described as a medium roast, it's closer to a light roast IMO. It's the perfect roast for Greek style coffee. Ample foam during brewing and a nice, rich chocolaty taste. If you've ever had Bravo powdered coffee, it has the same flavor profile. Stored in an airtight container with some food quality desiccant to keep moisture to a minimum and you can fresh grind that terrific flavor each time without it going stale. Packaging is typical for high quality whole beans.

Bones is the best Ethiopian I have found on Amazon. It is not a premium bean, but it is a pleasent Ethiopian with the FABA you would expect at this price point. If bones offered a slightly higher end Ethiopian I would buy that.

My brother is an avid coffee drinker I needed to find a light brew coffee for Christmas. He said is was really good. I'm glad it was a hit.

Amazingly bad. Possibly the worst coffee I've ever had. Far worse than a K Cup that been sitting out for a couple years. It just takes like burnt acid. No flavor, very weak brew. Huge Variety in both bean size and roast color. There must be zero QC Process. I'm seeing now that most of their other offerings are flavored, which makes sense. This stuff would need a very large quantity, of very strong flavoring, to even be palatable. I would not recommend this coffee at all.

I like this coffee bean has the right amount of acidity not to tangy and well balanced flavor. It is Smooth as well. I am very picky about choosing the coffe bean. I am interested in ordering this one again in the future.

Beans were really dry. I've had other brands of single-origin Ethiopia coffee, and this one does not have a lot of flavor. I understand that it is a light roast, but perhaps the dryness requires more ground beans in the pot?

I was hoping that this would be an interesting flavor, as I love almost any Ethiopian bean. These are nearly blonde on the roast though, so even a careful espresso struggles to pull the flavors out (don't even think about other methods like drip). Flavors are superficial and metallic rather than their spin of "citrus and floral". It left me hoping for more and being disappointed. Aroma is delicate and nice though.
