The elastic in the waistband is not that good. But the fabric is super soft and the stitching is well done! But … It does have a seam in the middle back that makes it tuck in between your b*tt cheeks. If you're okay with it. You'll be fine.

The material is soft and breathable. These are indeed cotton ! My only gripe is that the material bunches up and forms a wedgie sometimes. I think this problem would go away if the leg elastic was little tighter. I wear size 33in jeans and purchased size M. The waist elastic has good stretch.
