High quality fish oil supplement. A good fish oil is great as a recovery supplement after lifting weights, but recent studies have proven that it is also effective in warding off Alzheimers disease. Since I lift and Alzheimers is prevalent in my gene pool, I take this as a precaution. The quality is great and no busted pills on arrival. I burped up a fishy taste the first time I took them, but after that, it didn't happen again. That may be an issue for some - it doesn't bother me. I definitely recommend this product.

I like this product and have used it for years. However, I purchase the MINI gels and these are large. This item was discovered in the search I did for MINI fish oil so I was a bit disappointed that they are the huge horse pills. The packaging and description should be more clear. Thanks.
