Quality not so great, micro plastic on the edges

Made in France. Rigid, high quality feel. Easy to scrub rice off of, or sticky protein. Would definitely get another.

An other good product from Mafter, owned few baking mats and steel pans from Mafter, all of them are good quality products.

This thing is big. The first few times I used it I was not sure if I'd use it much because of its size. Then I made a quadruple batch of cookies--it made hard work easy. It also holds up well scraping a dried dough. I'd give it higher than 5 stars if I could.

At first, I didn't really like how stiff this is, but now I use it more like a wooden spoon. The main advantage is I can put this in the dishwasher. It's really grown on me and I like it very much. Also, a huge plus, is it is not made in China!
