I love this thermometer. It is one of the best items I've bought for our baby. She suffered with high temperature a lot when she was under 1 for ear infections and viruses etc so it's had its usage!I would say it's quite accurate, as the Dr's thermometer gives similar readings when we've seen them 30 mins later.It's so quick and easy to take her temperature and the fact that it beeps at high temp means that it can be used in the dark.It's so easy to use that my now 2 year old can even take my temperature with it!

Arrived on time. Easy to use, especially on babies (I have a 4 week old). Temp seems to be fairly accurate (used my other thermometer to test). Overall, works well so far - so 4 starsPricey (in my view) - 1 star deduction

The thermometer looks good and, most important, seems to work well. Very simple to use, just press F1 and the temperature appears, although from an usability perspective it not perfect. Why having buttons labelled F1 and F2? Who would guess what the buttons do without a manual? However, F1 does the job and I didn't need to change from Celsius scale.I prefer this termometer to the ones that you stick in the ear as there is no need to purchase extra protective caps.At the beginning I was circumspect, thinking that for all medical one should go with better knowsn brands like Braun. The product looks well made though.

Two things wrong with this thermometer. First, if you use either the forehead mode or ear mode, you have to wait about 10 seconds to be able to switch to the other mode. i.e. forehead to ear, or ear to forehead. So pushing the wrong button when woken by a crying baby is a bit more of an inconvenience than it should be.Secondly, there doesn't seem to be any way to calibrate this device. I took it to the GP surgery with me and compared it to his measurement using a regularly calibrated IR thermometer. There was a 1.4˚C difference at 37˚C. I don't know if this is a constant offset, or if the deviation varies over the temperature range. Now I have to throw it away and buy a better one, with a calibration mode.

The thermometer arrived quickly but unfortunately there appeared to be a fault with it. I contacted the seller and they were so helpful, they sent me out a new one straight away. It works perfectly and is so easy to use! I have a 7 month old baby and it takes seconds to do a forehead reading. It gives me peace of mind to know I can take her temperature so quickly and easily. I would happily recommend this product to any parent, everyone should have one in their home. The customer service has been excellent.

The battery inside was not working so I thought it is dysfunctional. When I replaced the battery, it worked quite well. I would say it is accurate as I normally am above 37C on reliable thermometers but always below 36.5C on cheap ones.Costumer service replies fast too.After a few months, accuracy seems a bit off

great thermometer, does exactly what it says on the tin! Easy to use, didn't need the instructions. It alerts you if you have a fever with an alarm but this can also be turned off if you are checking a sleeping baby/ child, so then the screen on the thermometer changes colour to show a fever. This product is definitely worth the money and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to a friend. The service from Honey and Willow was great, kept me up to date with the delivery and would definitely order from them again!!!
