Thought I would need to buy a new pencil after so many years but these fit perfectly and so the job well. Should be sorted now for a few more years.

I have used these for many years now, when I was in industry, since the first came out, and I remember the rep cleaning a 1p piece and it looked like a newly minted one ! Their use is virtually limitless for cleaning metal, but if you are allergic to fibre glass, like me, just be careful where the excess fibre 'bits' go I use a small paintbrush to clean that away rather than brushing it away with my hand and I do wear surgical (ir rubber) gloves too. and I would suggest that you do too even if you aren't allergic. Of course to need the 'pencil to use these in and of course there are alternative tips, brass and steel, for other uses but I use these glass fibre one the most by far. They are a good price and they last a long time really too.

Vital cleaner with pen, keep away from fingers though fiberglass is itchy.
