As soon as I realized that I had a mosquito bite, I out one of these on. The instructions said to keep them on until it fell off. They were surprisingly sticky and stayed on through multiple showers. They are clear patches that turn more milky the longer they are in use. Overall, they worked very well for most bites. I did have a few that were extremely itchy, but I think that is because I did not put the patch on early enough.
