Works well - size discussion inside
I am an aging ex tennis player that has recently picked the sport up again recreationally as well as pickleball. Maybe getting back into it a little too fast has caused some issues physically, including my knees (feet & elbow too ha). After a month or so of playing 3/4 times a week I felt a slight pop then a slight crunch underneath the lower part of my left knee cap. Might be bone fragments floating or could just be bone on bone rubbing from the patella moving which happens as joints age. I'm not one to go to doctors unless absolutely necessary and didn't want to for this as I suspected what the issue was. Then I also have some significant swelling in my right knee as well. I initially purchased a knee band type brace which worked well to keep the knee cap in place, but felt I needed a bit more support. This brace is comfortable to wear and does provide support without being bulky and inhibiting movement. It does have an area for the knee cap so it is easy to center. As for size, I measured per the instructions and I was at about 18 inches. This is on the low end of large and high end of medium. I opted for the large as the range from the medium was 14 to 18 inches and based on other reviews I felt it would be too tight. The brace doesn't really slip down, I maybe had to adjust it twice or so during 90 minutes of playing pickleball. Says hand wash only -- I washed it in a front loading washer on gentle and it looked fine. I did air dry it though. Overall for the money a good value. It appears well made and I expect it to last for some time. Comfortable to wear and it provides good support without adding bulk.

Pain relief and mobility gain
These are awesome! I suffer from inflammation and I needed new compression sleeves. I discovered these in my search and as I also have hyperextension knees, and no cartilage, I thought that I would give them a try. I love them! FYI, the splints and guards are not removable.

An very affordable price for a quality manufacturing, long lasting material with extra function.
You should like the quality. It is strong material. It stretches in all directions so compression is even all over with lots of compression/support. I like the patella gel pad. It stabilizes the patella the way I hoped it would. Don't know about the side bars but they are not restrictive in any way and may provide additional support. I bought the correct size and tested my size by re-measuring for fit after it was on and the 5" point came to the center of top band. I do find these might run small, in my opinion. My largest legs is 20.25 and my Large supports are suppose to handle 18.1" to 22". I cant imagine this being comfortable at 22" It already cramps my semitendinosus part of the hamstring that runs down the center back of thigh and turn inward when it gets a couple inches toward the knee. You can feel it as the muscle thins into tendon and stick out more that any other part of the hamstring when standing up straight with a little flex. I was going to size up but I will only be using these a half hour to an hour at a time and plan to lose more fat than gain in muscle as far as inches. The compression is impressive while not blocking blood flow. These are my first compression supports but in my opinion these run small since my measurements are at the low end of the Larges fit and is uncomfortable (continuous cramping feeling) on the hamstring. Minus 1 star for sizing in my opinion.

Saved my knee
Got this for walking around Italy. Made my knee feel much better with good support. Pretty comfortable and easily fit under jeans.

Works well. Some durability issues.
The knee braces fit well in size Medium. I use them for running about three times a week. The fabric holds its shape well, and the sizing stays consistent even after months of use. However, I have had some quality issues. I returned the first pair after just one week because the patella support came apart from the brace, it looked like it was glued on and did not hold up. I decided to give it another shot, hoping that it was just a defective pair. I have now been using the replacement for about 9 months, and unfortunately, one of the side braces broke, during one of my runs, came through the casing and cut the side of my leg, also on one of the braces the patella support is coming apart from the brace as well. I always hand wash the braces and never use a dryer, I’m careful with maintenance. It seems like patella support and plastic stays might be a weak point, a spiral metal stay would be more durable, though I understand that might increase the price. Honestly, I would be willing to pay more for better quality. Overall, I like using these braces. They offer good support and feel comfortable, but I do hope the durability improves in future versions.

Comfortable and Works!
This brace helped me recover from a meniscus injury. It was easy enough to pull on even though I am overweight and don’t have skinny minny legs ( yet). I actually took out the stiff plastic bands on the sides of the brace because they hurt my knee by pressing on my sore spot, while I was recuperating. The brace did help to stabilize and ease my painful knee pain when I walked. I still use it if I am out and walking a lot while shopping. Very nicely made, strong and good price. Best part, was it never once rolled down my knee or leg. Like the 5 other braces i ordered from other stores. Thank you, nicely made.,very effective.

Great for athletes prone to strains and injuries
My son uses these during football practice and games. He was constantly spraining his knees and these helped stabilize things and prevent injury. Zero problems with his knees when wearing these consistently when playing sports. He actually wears them during basketball too! We love these so much that when he outgrew the small, we purchased the medium! Great product! My only negative note is that you have to hand wash and hang to dry, which can be tough to do daily in time for practice/games.

Don't stay in place, slide down leg and fail to provide desired knee support
I had a few knee injuries in my youth and have worn a patella stabilizing knee brace for years. As I got older, I've occasionally worn a knee brace on both knees to reduce my knee fatigue and pain. The BREG knee brace was my most recent one and I was very happy with it. As I looked on Amazon to buy some new BREGs (because mine were becoming less supportive from years of use and occasional laundering), I was not happy to see the BREG priced at ~$75 each and decided to search for less expensive options. At $9.99 for a 2-pack ($5 each), I couldn't pass up trying the CAMBIVO knee brace. Unfortunately, they started slipping down my leg and needing to be adjusted almost immediately. I am fairly certain the size I selected was correct for my leg, because when it was in place (briefly) it was a great fit and provided good support. I can not imagine that a smaller size would fit on my leg without feeling too tight and anything larger (if available) would just slide down my leg quicker. I really wish it had worked out because $5 per knee brace is one heck of a deal vs. $75 each but in this case, I got what I paid for. I will definitely be executing a return.
