Was told by my doctor that I need to have two a day to guarantee my protein intake since seniors tend to not eat enough. She recommended this particular because I’m also type 2 diabetic. DANG!!!!! These taste really good and can’t tell or taste the artificial sweeteners. And the peach was exceptionally delicious. I love the idea of variety packs. I sometimes forget to eat lunch so this is pretty much a good idea to remind me. The consistency to me like heavy cream. I know that I’m getting a good amount of protein because I can tell by my eyesight improvement. As far as price, well you can’t get a meal with nice beef cheaper than this. Especially since this is multiple meals. So IMO this is a cheap way to make sure I’m getting nutrients in me.

Ensure protein shakes are fabulous. Many different flavors that we can enjoy. 30 g of protein in each container. It has a good thickness and a great taste and it’s good whether you have it for breakfast lunch or dinner.

I have to say, I really like them. I picked up the variety pack, which I think is the best way to start since it lets you sample different flavors like Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla, and Cafe Mocha to see what you prefer. Despite packing 30g of protein, they don't have that heavy or chalky taste that some nutrition shakes do. They are smooth, easy to drink, and with only 1g of sugar, they don't feel overly sweet. If you are new to protein drinks and looking for a solid option to get started, this is a fantastic choice.

I am a retired MD and I drink one of these every day for breakfast or lunch depending on whether I cook breakfast. This has very high 30 grams of protein, 4 g of fiber for stools, only 150 calories and 2 grams of total fat which is very low. It has a full supply of vitamins and minerals but not a full daily amount. It is an excellent supplement and provides 11 ounces of hydration ( a full glass of milk is 8 ounces).

I had a couple of extractions so needed healthy liquids for a while. This variety pack was a great value and the perfect way to find the flavors you'll like. The Chocolate has caffeine, and all are light in sugar. The texture and "feel" is like a milkshake. They have to be shaken really well or you'll get some clumps. I typically shake for a minute or so, drink half, and shake again to make sure all the "good stuff" that settles is mixed in.

I love them. My favorite was the Peaches and Cream. Thanks to this I went and purchased the big Peaches and Cream package. All the flavors are delicious! I also used the French vanilla one mixed with my coffee. A perfect way of making a high protein latte. (Don't be an animal and use the whole cartoon for one coffee, use half the cartoon or 1/4 and that's enough).

Bought for my mother. She was not to happy with the flavors.
