This is the perfect chair for my husband, who is a big guy. It's roomy and sturdy. He loves it. I've had a smaller version of this chair for years but he always resisted getting one suitable for himself, saying that a standard folding camp chair was good enough for him. Finally, when we were stuck outside in blazing sun longer than expected one day, he didn't feel well and had to accept our son's offer to switch his canopied chair for my husband's standard chair. Naturally, he felt bad about that and was a little embarrassed. I went home that day and immediately ordered this chair. Not one objection from him. Not only does it have the sun protection, it's simply more comfortable to sit in a chair that's roomier and that has more support. It also folds up and closes easily, and has well-padded straps to carry the chair.

Great foldable chair. Canopy is nice with side netting for extra sun shading. Folds up easily and can wear as backpack for convenience.

If you live anywhere the sun can fry you, get this chair. I've purchased multiple canopy chairs over the years. Some barely survive a year. All of them required constant readjusting to avoid getting baked alive. 4 months in, thru one of the hottest summers on record, and I LOVE this thing! The top is NOT some flimsy fabric, but it's actually thick poly nestled between TWO layers of heavy duty canvas. It curves down on the sides and extends to cover your knees in the front. Plus, it has roll down flaps (top part screened for breeze and vision) on both sides and the back. They provide shade as you need no matter where the sun is. It's sturdy. Like EXCEPTIONALLY sturdy with a sufficiently wide, comfortable seat. It has a neat way of folding up too. The top slides down the back and the rest of the chair folds and fits into it with handy backpack for straps for carrying ease. One word of warning. The top is very solid. So if it's windy (gusts over 15 mph) and you leave it outside, it WILL fly backwards. Still..10/10 would highly recommend. UPDATE: Aug 2025 STILL FANTASTIC. No rips or tears. No fading from the harsh Sun or ruination from the rain. It's outside in the tropics and I only bring it in during tropical storms or hurricanes. I found a way to leave it outside even if it's a little windy. I do it with a bungee attached to the lower metal part at the front of the chair and if it's going to be gusty outside I just stretch the bungee from the chair to one of those hooks you use for a dog's leash that you can screw into the ground pretty deep.. so far haven't blown my chair away! 😃

These are awesome chairs! Keeps you safe from the sun, easy to set up and take down, and not too heavy to carry. I do wish that there was a way to keep the canopy a bit flatter on top but this is not that big a deal.

The chair itself is super comfortable, perfect for lounging for hours. The canopy shade is a great idea, really helps with protecting from the sun. The fan adds a nice touch too — great for keeping cool on hot days. It’s made with good quality materials; it feels sturdy and well-built. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavy, but it does fold up nicely and can be carried like a bag, which makes it manageable. Overall, totally worth it for a more relaxing beach day!

one of the best investments I've made this year! Super light weight so it isn't too much of a hassle to carry, but its super sturdy. The shade top is great and my favorite part is how EASY it is to fold up and down. No need to push or hold anything down, just simply pull the shade top up or push it down. The only thing I could nitpick is that the one I selected only has one cup holder, for convenience reasons, that would be the only thing I could think to improve is to add two or a larger cup holder. Other than that, I've gotten many compliments on it, this char is a whole vibe!!

The chairs are light, carry and set up easily. They were fairly comfortable, we used them at an all day outfoor concert.They Fold back up after use quickly and store easily.

Love the chair, the cup holder IA a lot smaller then you'll need. Thfetures are great, but quality is just not there. The second time I used it, the thread on the strap to carry the had come undone, then one of the adjustment buckles broke. All in all it still holds my tush, so I'm good.

Amazing keeps sun off me

I spoke to seller at time of purchase, told them I needed them by the 16th no later ,as I had a outdoor concert booked , didn’t turn up till 19th , sat in heavy rain and wind for hour and a half. Chair is very uncomfortable, and not worth half of what I paid. Very disappointed, never had a issue with Amazon before, this not the sort of service expected
