Story of downfall of thisproduct
I was one of the first buyers of this product launch. Compared to that product the quality is patjeticly low. Company has lowered the quality badly dont purchase... Very low quality pumic stone as compared to launch pdt, low motor strengths... Very poor not even worth 1 star. They uave converted into toy...

Worst product!
I purchased this product online directly from their whatsapp page and found it uselsss as it didn't give me any positive results and was getting stopped while using. The sad part is their customer service is poor and they initiated the refund process without checking with me and refunded to my old bank bank account which is inactive. I asked them to refund via gpay. Without listening to me properly they did it via paytm. I contacted their customer service team multiple times, but they are least bothered about the issue.

Fantastic product
I have used a lots of creams and all that for my feet but all in vain but after using this product for the first time I was like wow, great product.Anyone wants baby soft feet just go for it, I have purchased it directly from bitrontix website.

Need improvement
Good product but still need more improvement as it just work for 6 months ... Can't get replaced or repaird .

Good product
It was nice on the owners part that he sent a new product to me. After using this my feet are baby soft and clean without any extra effort. I recommend this whosoever is feet hygiene freak like me.

bought the product at full price and conked off within 8 months. no proper response from the contact numbers given. please do not buy this product

After three months of purchasing it’s not working condition.Aur company iska repair procedure bhi nhi rakhti.totally money ko waste karna hai

Bad product
Totally disappointed product....after 2 min again off...don't buy this product ....need more good quality product and no velvet pouch in the box.
