The product is ok but the nuts and bolts keep getting loose

1. Excellent customer support with registering with warranty, check in to see if there are assembly issues, video wa shared to help with installation.2. Good quality and finish. Useful for the purpose Of moving plants around the house and also piles of books, heavy stuff etc when rearranging for people who are into self help or have challenges picking heavy stuff.3. It was easy to install.

Very bad experience. Less than a month since I have purchased this product but it broke after 2-3 uses. Now the condition is very bad not able to use it. Do not buy this product very cheap quality.

This is a fantastic trolley for personal use. I purchased it just before a house move, and it served the purpose perfectly. Although the platform is made of plastic, it’s sturdy and supports the weight as specified. The wheel movement is exceptionally smooth, making it easy to maneuver. Its foldable design and lightweight build make it highly convenient to carry, especially in a car trunk.While the easy movement of the wheels can sometimes be a challenge during loading and unloading, the overall usability and convenience make this a minor issue.

The described capacity was 300kgs but the platform bent down on 100kgs bag only .The wheels and handle are good.

Amazing.Sturdy on Roads.I used it to keep heavy food buckets to feed the stray animals.Even in rains it works smoothly on roads and not heavy to push, works smoothly.Extendable handel and storage is good.
