A: Break offend of purple protector ( twist and it will break) select desired depth by twisting so notch corresponds with groove ( shallo, medium, deep) apply device firmly to skin( finger in our instance) and press top button firmly. It is spring- loaded so no need to push. Hope this helps

Boight these for my mum as she was running short of the finger prickers she uses and couldn’t get any on prescription in time. These are really good and a lot better than the ones she gets on prescription. Would def buy again if needed.
