This ice scraper works wonders and despite being plastic, feels flipping sturdy enough to sit in Michelangelo's sculpting toolbox. The only thing that irks me is that there seems to be a protruding edge at the top of the handle that is rather sharp. Obviously has its purpose, which I haven't quite figured out but the placement of it means that sometimes, when you're really trying to get some oomph behind the ice bashing and your thumb goes over the top, the impact of bashing said ice drives that edge into your thumb which isn't so fun.
