Affordable, great quality, good size, works great battery lasts super long, and really comfortable.

1. The Virtual Hero works exactly as advertised. The instructions are very thorough on how to use the device. Starting it up was easy. 2. The Virtual Hero connects to the Arena app using NFC. Double check that your phone, tablet, or other device can use an NFC connection if you plan to use the app. 3. The buttons on the device looks Cherry Red but the band itself is more of a Plum color. If getting it for a boy you would probably be better to get a Black or Blue-color Virtual Hero. The Plum color band is visible in the item's picture gallery. 4. The Virtual Hero was delivered to me with the packaging NOT being in mint condition. There was a cut along one side and some of the tape had been peeled off. Despite being advertised as in New condition the item looked like it was in Like New condition. I'm not going to take points off for that since I wasn't planning to display the device in mint condition. Everything that the item is supposed to come was in the package. Still, buyer beware.

I recommend getting a screen protector the Plastic is quite soft if cosmetic damage notgers you. id also suggest geting a second charger cable since its a micro usb and not that common to have around anymore. Battery life is OK for what it is. It's a cute fitness motivator and I use it often. You can find replacement bands and slot covers on other websites if you need them or want to customize.

Wish I would've read a little more into these before buying, I bought 3 of them for myself and my 2 kids and didn't realize the main service on these was cancelled. Still great little watches and the kids love to do the activities and evolve the monsters.

I've been a Digimon fan since I was a kid, and this brings me back to awesome days. It's not quite the same as the other tamagotchis, you won't be cleaning up poop and they go to sleep when you want them to. But it's just as fun, as well as an excuse to be more active. I've also seen a lot of folks talk about their kids getting great workouts from it. So not just for 90's kids! :P Be careful with it, though. It's got small, easily lost pieces to it, can be broken easily, and isn't waterproof by any means, so don't wash your hands with it on. Other than that, I love this device. And if you loved Digimon or even just the tamagotchis, and don't mind walking a little more than usual (lol), give this bracelet a chance. If you got kids that might be interested, bring them into the fandom, too! It could use more love.
