Other reviews mentioned the wrong screws being included. I did not have that problem. All screws seemed to be correct. The brackets sit on the Gobi bars a little awkwardly, but a lot of readjusting the tightness of each screw helped that. I might try to add some rubber padding between the bracket and bar just to be sure that it doesn't move. Overall decent product for the price.

I figured since this ships directly from Waterport and the price there wouldn’t be any issues but the hex bolts that came with it are impossible to tighten given the design and are not the same from the product photos. They are missing the hex key hole in order to tighten the bolts once they sit inside the plastic clamps.

I just purchased this directly through Waterport. The bracket itself is fine. The issue is the fasteners aren’t the correct ones. You can’t tighten the included fasteners down as they sit in a counterbore. I went down to the hardware store and picked up socket head hex screws and it worked fine.For the price they’re charging it should at least come with the right screws.
