Really nice set that was a big hit for my 8 year old who is fascinated with fossils, stones and rocks. Good quality items, 2 nice pouches to keep them in and the book is really clear to help identify and learn more about each stone. Would purchase again for a gift.

A lot smaller than expected (both the box and the crystals) For the money you would think it would be a little bigger. Book is very handy though and made a great Xmas gift

A good educational collection for a young person, although I feel it might be a slight disappointment for my 9-year-old grandson to receive this as a gift, only to find there is no meteorite as listed on the specimen identification chart. I'm now trying to buy this as a separate item. There are plenty of other great samples of minerals and fossils included and I'm certain he will enjoy looking at these. However, surely it could be understood, for a child, a piece of meteorite is going to be something of a highlight in this collection and if it can't be included then perhaps the specimen chart should be updated to adjust expectation. Other than that, it's good and I would be delighted with my purchase and the delivery time.
