100% ARABICA COFFEE
ROAST: Medium/City; Medium brown in color with a stronger flavor and a non-oily surface of the bean. The bean is typically sweeter than a light roast. This roast sometimes referred to as American because it is generally preferred in US.
TASTE: A freshly brewed cup features rich body and bright acidity with notes of peach, strawberry and watermelon.

This coffee is produced in irgacheffe, also transliterated as yirgacheffe. A major town in south-central Ethiopia, yirgacheffe is located in the geode zone of the southern nations, nationalities and peoples region district and is one of the most famous coffee growing regions in the country. The natural process method used is the oldest method of coffee production and is well-known for featuring pleasingly fruity cup profiles that can be seen throughout Ethiopia. Conga is an area within yirgacheffe known for producing particularly fine coffees. We think this lot is no exception.
