This inflatable seat cushion came with a pump that's as useful as a chocolate teapot. It's a pity, really, because sitting on deflated dreams isn't quite the comfort I was promised. Save your money and invest in something more substantial.

This air cushion helps prevent compression sores. It should not be fully inflated. If inflated about a3 to a half of its capacity, it will give about two months service before starting to leak. I am currently on my third pillow and it works better than anything else I have found. It is similar to the pillow. I was given when I left the hospital. It comes with a pump and is reasonably priced.

Awesome cushion! It is lightweight, easy to inflate, comes with a hand pump. It allows for pressure redistribution and comfortable seating for long periods of time. I use this cushion in my home office and for long distance driving in my car. Very good quality for the price.

Really nice, but no instructions on how to inflate??! I'm not a genius, but I figured it out. It is adjustable as to the inflation, soft or firm. And for the price, I would buy it again. Hopefully I won't have to. lol
