Q: Is it suitable for a foaming soap dispensers?

That's a good question. It's possible it would work ok, but normally soaps used in foaming dispensers are more runny/liquid in order to achieve the foaming so we would not like to guarantee this to you. I suppose if you purchased the product and it wasn't runny enough you could always add more water to the mixture until you get it right - but again this would be at your own risk. :)
