Mine is solid green. Will it turn purple?

The vines of my plant are purple but the leaves or pods are still green, but I have mine in bright sunlight all day and could be why my plant’s pods are not purple. I’ve had mine about 5 months. It’s growing beautifully. I am still hopeful the color will start to become more purple in time. It is a lovely plant and growing fast. Love it!

Yes it should but I have it in a slightly larger 3 inch pot
