A very good product to stay fit anywhere. Easy to use and worth money. It has it own comfort and design.

The weight, size quality of the ball and the strap is good. I was apprehensive at first and was considering other costlier options like Decathlon, but i do not regret my decision to buy this product. It's a fun product for me and doesn't seem too difficult to manage with a little practice. As for improving reflexes and all, i may not be the right person to comment, but i can assure that for those who like to try new things may find it very interestingly engaging.
