Ordered this after Guardian dropped the ball on a back order nightmare. Other than being pretty heavy (both for my daughter and for us when inevitably have to carry it) this bike is solid and feels very sturdy and well made. My 4 yr old is on the balance bike mode and I’m excited she can transition to pedal bike without having her have to adjust to a new one. Love the hand brake too.

This is a well made bike that transforms from a balance bike to a pedal bike. I bought the pink one for my four year old granddaughter's birthday gift. She's ridden her brother's older and smaller balance bike many times, so that helped her feel comfortable with a bigger bike. She's small for her age, but the 14" is perfect for her. She loves the color, and the bike. The hand brakes are easy for her to operate. Within an hour and a half she was asking for the pedals to be put on. After another half hour or so, she was pedaling and riding on her own.

I bought two of these for my kids (3 yo and 2 yo) for Christmas. We just started riding them after the weather got warmer and my daughter (3 yo) has already transitioned from the balance bike to pedals and is riding by herself. I didn’t even have to show her how to ride it. Also, it was so easy to put the pedals on… you just pop them on! Highly recommend this bike!

I was having trouble finding a balance bike for our four year old because she is very tall but she’s not quite ready for a pedal bike because she hasn’t had any experience on a balance bike yet so I was grateful to find a bigger bike that we can convert to a pedal bike when she’s ready. The bike is nice quality and she loves the fun little bell and bag that came with it. Great product and worth the price!

My daughter, who is 5, had a different bike that she wasn't learning to balance very well. I bought this one in hopes this would help and she glided for about 20 minutes to help balance and then she slapped the pedals on all by herself. And started riding within 5 minutes. Now I can't get her off. So to ride a bike for weeks and not learn verses a bike you can learn in 30 minutes. Beyond happy with our purchase.
