Great customer service through HEATANDCOOL
I had a bit of an issue with the order, where some incorrect parts were shipped, and Fedex lost part of the order. This was inconvenient, but HEATANDCOOL (the seller, whom I had bought it through) quickly arranged for a pickup of the wrong item, and delivery of the correct stuff, as well as replacing the parts that fedex lost. So they made me whole, and their service was great to deal with.As far as the heat pump, I'm still getting everything setup. But so far, heat pump, heads, and installation kit all seem to be great. Flare ends on the line sets all were in perfect shape. So I'll update this review when I know more.
