The press allows the user to make adjustments to work with straight or tapered mugs and tumblers. The price was very reasonable for such a high quality press.. This Heat Press is well built, simple to use, and the results are of high quality. The press will work with mugs (up to 15oz) printing two at a time if it's needed, it can also sublimate skinny tumblers; according to my experience, the heat accessory will fit items with a diameter up to 3 3/8 inches (8.5cm). Great machine, punches above its weight if you consider its good price.

Made about 40 20 oz skinny tumblers, it heats like it’s supposed to,I used the recommended heat and time setting that was in the units manual was skeptical at first since I seen a lot of people doing a full cycle then when they turned the tumbler for the second cycle they cut it in half so that’s what I was doing,then I started bumping the second time up to see if it was going to be ok. Now I use the same time for both runs.works like it should no burning. It does smell when you’re press is in use maybe it’s the newness idk only time will tell.also sometimes when I pull the handle to set it it will hold in place like it should but sometimes it will pop open I may have it to tight? Item shipped on time and was packed well. Would recommend and would buy again if needed.

I only have had this machine for 13 months and it is starting to have heating issues. While I am pressing a cup the heat will all of a sudden get extremely hot and starts beeping continuously until I turn off the machine and let it cool. Now since it started doing that I’ve noticed on my cups there is a line on all of my designs after pressing like part of the machine isn’t the right temp as the rest. I’m having to buy a new machine because it is noticeable. Before I had issues I loved this machine but I feel like it should have lasted longer than a year.
