I use this for college and casual gaming (risk of rain 2, hollow knight silksong, Roblox, League of legends, etc) and it works perfectly fine. The sound isn’t the best for things like lecture videos but it’s not that big of a problem just wear headphones. Nothings broken yet and everything still works after a month of use. I will say you’ll probably need to upgrade the ram for more intensive games like marvel rivals but this really is the perfect laptop for me.

I wanted a windows based laptop with an onboard pen/stylus. I needed to update from my previous Acer Spin model, and this was the only one I could find with a handy onboard pen. These units have a really bright screen that can be easily viewed at an angle by collaborators. It doesn’t have the finger print reader and it doesn’t open with both surfaces lying flat on the table like my old Acer. But it’s a nice affordable unit that works faster than the old one. You won’t be disappointed.

Worked fine right out of the box. The sound is a little weak from the built in speakers but when connected to external speakers (wired or via Bluetooth), it sounds great. Definitely would recommend this laptop.

I was delighted with this laptop until the screen refused to turn on and just stayed black. I hooked it up to an external monitor and only got a black screen as well. As it is completely unusable it is going back to Acer for repair but I am out of pocket for the big bucks I had to shell out to get my private info off before sending it back. Not what I expect when buying a brand new laptop.

This computer is amazingly powerful, works exactly as described, fires up and completely ready to work in literally 20 seconds or less. It's AI capabilities are significantly quicker and more responsive than I expected. It updates estimated 5 minute processes and less than 1/4 of the time the update suggests. It downloads new programs at an amazing pace. The lighted keyboard, touch screen, camera, microphone, and other functions are all exceptional. Keystrokes are silent, speakers are acceptable but limited volume. Of note, when using this remotely from my home office for ZOOM sessions the battery life is quite limited, less than an hour in fact. The unit is very slim and lite, and performs as specified.
